According to the google, it was the Sauber C17 in 1998. I have no idea if that's actually true or not.

That's a wheel from the 1988 MP4/4.

I think McLaren stayed round until the MP4/10 or so. By 1996, they were starting to lose their roundness.

I'm sure there were lower teams that delayed some of these changes.

Ferrari's last round wheel was found in the F93A, the car they used in the 1993 season.
